US Firm Supplier Diversity - Senior Consultant, Stakeholder Outreach & Communications
The US Firm Business Diversity Office develops and executes strategies to grow and maintain expenditures ("spend") with Diverse Suppliers across the US Firm. Our Senior Consultant, Stakeholder Outreach and Communications will be responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholder outreach efforts with the goal of helping leaders of our client-facing businesses and administrative departments increase the dollars the Deloitte US Firm spends with Diverse Suppliers. This role will also be responsible for developing plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers for Deloitte's client account teams and administrative departments.
Our Senior Consultant, Stakeholder Outreach and Communications will be responsible for independently preparing clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentations and driving recommendations to further US Firm Supplier Diversity objectives. This role will have significant exposure to Firm leadership and responsibility for helping Deloitte achieve its strategic Supplier Diversity priorities.
What You'll Do
The Senior Consultant, Stakeholder Outreach and Communications will execute projects across the following areas:
Support Stakeholder Outreach
Support outreach to internal leaders of Deloitte's client-facing businesses and leaders of our administrative departments to help them realize their Business Diversity spend goals
Develop plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers and develop Subcontract Strategies to help Deloitte's client-facing business leaders and leaders of our administrative departments achieve their Business Diversity goals
Maintain a portfolio of plans (across multiple Deloitte account teams and administrative departments) to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers. The Senior Consultant, Stakeholder Outreach and Communications will be responsible for successfully executing the plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers in collaboration with Deloitte client account teams, administrative departments, and the Supplier Management team within the Office of Business Diversity
Develop Analytical Work Products
Build, maintain and manage plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers using Deloitte accounting systems data, leveraging visualization tools such as Tableau. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Subcontracting Strategies for the Deloitte account teams and our administrative departments
Track progress on plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers across a portfolio Deloitte accounts and administrative departments
Execute Plans
Execute plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers in collaboration with Deloitte client account teams and administrative departments
Collaborate with the Supplier Management function within the Office of Business Diversity to identify suppliers to execute plans to increase spend with Diverse Suppliers
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need

Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to filter through ambiguity to produce high-quality analyses
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to "tell the story" and develop executive level presentations from initial storyboarding to delivery
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
An ability to work effectively across functions and levels; comfort collaborating with teammates in a virtual environment
High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau is preferred.
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
5-7 years of relevant work experience in client-facing or internal consultative roles
Flexible work style. Some moderate travel (up to 10%) may be required given the expected leadership interactions and the hands-on nature of the role. A US-based office location is required

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 81,655-$159,165
