Work you'll do
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients"

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United S tates without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
1 year of consulting experience
1 year of performing various functions, including providing support needed for effective and efficient day-to-day IT operations of core business application
Must be onsite in the New Castle, DE area
Preferred:
Familiarity with the overall software development cycle
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact with clients and backend support teams
Strong problem solving skills, and ability to perform business analysis.
Familiarity with Integrated Eligibility systems to support State welfare programs is desirable.
