Lead Specialist, SystemsThe Lead Specialist, Systems, is responsible for providing support to the Records and Contracts Management Services (RCMS) Systems Manager including directly supporting the systems management of both physical and electronic records.
The Lead Specialist, Systems interacts with system end users in response to their questions and problems, monitors system workflows and performs other records management system administration functions. He or she also assists with the development of reporting tools, identifies systems enhancements, and tests system releases. As an experienced member of RCMS, the Lead Specialist, Systems assists in developing, executing, and monitoring local and national RCMS tasks, processes and projects to facilitate customer-oriented and compliance-focused records processes, managing records-related risk to the Deloitte US Firm.Responsibilities:
Able to work proactively without significant guidance or direction to trouble shoot and problem solve.
Actively participates in the execution of records management project
Develops and specifies required changes to customized electronic records management system screens, workflows, and reports, as well as training courses and tools.
Documents standard operating procedures associated with the systems RCMS
Escalates issues, risks, and decisions to Systems Manager as necessary and recommends mitigating actions.
Provides end user and customer support; provides training and support to practitioners who create and store records in hard copy and electronic
Tracks system defects and identifies system design and configuration enhancements for RCMS records management systems to provide appropriate functionality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Develops user stories (requirements) based on knowledge of records retention policies and business needs.
Participates in quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing for the validation of system enhancements and incremental functionality rollouts.
Performs daily updates to record management applications as
Implements innovative processes and procedures to increase department efficiencies, improve organization, and enhance services provided.
Monitors established business procedures and oversees the privacy and security of official records.
Implements advanced data integrity projects, with a focus on data analysis, data updating, and correction of legacy data allowing proper application of the Deloitte US Firm retention policies, resulting in more accurate data and cost

Understanding of RCMS applications and processes
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in records, project, people, change, and relationship management experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
Prior experience utilizing hard copy and/or electronic records management processes/systems
Certified Records Manager (CRM)

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 - $121,800
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
