This manager level position sits within the Marketing Program Management function of our in-house agency; it will draw on capabilities of both an account manager and project manager, as the Marketing Program Manager. You will establish rapport and trust with internal stakeholders, thoroughly understanding their businesses and goals to serve as a strategic partner who adds value. You'll work closely with your in-house agency team members across Strategy, Creative and Communications to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and on-budget and that deliverables meet quality standards. You must also have a passion for innovative creative solutions, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing/maintaining positive relationships with business stakeholders as well as agency team members.
Extensive project management experience is a must as well as experience facilitating the development and execution of marketing programs, creative communications, and content across a wide range of media including but not limited to digital/social, video, web, events, internal communications, etc. The ability to think strategically and apply data/analytical insights to drive smart marketing solutions is also required. Experience leading Agile teams-including but not limited to facilitating standups, sprint planning, building a backlog and retrospectives-as well as working in Scrum or Kanban in Workfront is also a plus.

Serve as the primary agency point of contact for stakeholders
Brief in-house agency team on campaign/project goals, timing, budget, etc., providing context that enables them to plan, develop, and execute strategically sound solutions
Help identify and resolve conflicting priorities and trouble-shoot issues, as needed
Manage key stakeholder relationships by providing actionable strategic thinking and proactive counsel
Clear the way for strong creative recommendations; defend, support, and foster the Green Dot Agency's successful execution of good ideas
Contribute to resource plans, scopes of work, and contractual agreements as needed
Plan and run meetings (i.e., daily standups, Agile sprint planning calls, etc.) with stakeholders as well as in-house agency team members, including campaign planning, project kickoffs, creative presentations, and reviews, etc.
Monitor campaign setup, briefing process, execution, budget management, measurement, approval processes, timelines, and reporting for your assigned projects/campaigns
Project Management skills
Effectively manage projects by developing work plans, timelines, obtaining approvals, estimating and tracking resource requirements, and communicating with stakeholders
Advise and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives
Proactively monitor the progress of multiple projects by tracking tasks, deliverables, budget, and desired outcomes
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing assorted project processes and workflow, driving toward operational efficiency and excellence
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus
Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional agency teams
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
Skilled at gaining consensus when differing viewpoints are presented
Demonstrate leadership, maturity, and accountability through extra-curricular and community activities
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit a high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence
Collaborate and build relationships both virtually and in-person, with colleagues, stakeholders, and in-house agency team members to successfully meet shared objectives
Skilled at negotiating, with the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate agility
Provide strategic and tactical counsel that helps achieve clients' business goals
Capable of navigating and performing research on the Internet
Brand & Communication skills
Demonstrate understanding of marketing fundamentals with a focus on strategy/trends and the execution of marketing communications solutions in the B2B arena
Consistently deliver marketing programs with high-quality results
Exhibit a client-service mindset
Leverage technology to support and enhance communication processes
Use Workfront (project management system) to enable collaboration, manage projects and deliverables, and maintain visibility to project workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
8+ years' experience a plus
Travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78570-$144695.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
