Lead Talent Business Advisor

The Lead Talent Business Advisor provides support to the Talent Business Advisor (TBA ) for the Learning & Development team /Talent Leader for Deloitte University in the delivery of strategic services.

Work you ll do

Business Analysts help to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for Deloitte University and the Learning & Development team.

  • Assist DU Talent Leader with interfacing with DU program teams and DU staff to set the tone and expectations of the campus

  • Assist DU Talent Leader to partner closely with Benchmark Hospitality leadership and DU Leadership team members on key DU matters and contractor HR issues

  • Interface with a variety of DU support services such as Security, Health Center, DFit, Food Services and Event Coordinators in managing employee relations matters at DU

  • Supports the TBA to translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies through project management and presentation preparation.

  • Supports the TBA while partnering with other teams as appropriate to deliver all talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs.

  • Serve as a liaison to the US India Business Advisor for the Learning & Development team to ensure consistency and alignment

  • Analyzes data and fundamental information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics.

  • Leads reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and analysis for the TBA.

  • Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm s culture.
