Work you ll do As a Senior Manager within our HRT team you will: Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projectsResponsible for the development of business and vendor relationshipsLead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development processResponsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plansLead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team.Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationshipsDisplay both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issuesProvide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staffActively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing processBuild and develop innovative and user-friendly solutions in various forms including but not limited to dashboards, web applications and predictive models The Team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today. Qualifications Required:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other field7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience3 years in a technical or functional leadership roleExperience mentoring and coaching othersProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceProven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new businessExperience delivering advanced analytics through the usage of Python, R or SQL in conjunction with tools like Tableau and QlikviewMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this rolePreferred:Experience with data mining and predictive modeling utilizing languages such as Python, R, or SQL (preferably PostgreSQLFamiliarity with Agile software development principlesExperience in developing reports using any major BI Package (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, Oracle BIEE or similar How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
