We are actively seeking a seasoned UAS Program Manager to join our growing Team! In this highly visible role, you can expect to do the following:

Manage the assessment of UAS and sensors for Federal and/or commercial entities

Support flight operations planning and the sustainment of daily operational requirements, such as support for daily flight briefings, tracking flight hours, scheduling flights, and communicating with flight crews and partner agencies

Provide strategic guidance for the development and management of specialized activities such as maritime applications, cold weather applications, modeling and simulation, UAS personnel staffing, and the transmission of data to and from command and control facilities

Support UAS initiatives and governance related to existing and evolving Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) regulations and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) directives

Manage UAS software development including: Developing UAS and sensor software

Support the sustainment of UAS and sensor software such as routine updates, sensor integration support, and the review and integration of mission management systems

Support cross-agency collaboration and coordination during the deployment, testing, and evaluation of UAS and sensors

Develop UAS program performance metrics, verification strategies, and analysis of test data, implementation of system modifications and/or technical solutions

U.S . Citizenship is required as is an active Secret Security Clearance

The Team

Systems Engineering

Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

Required Qualifications:

15 years of experience working with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and sensors as well as working with and supporting the deployment of UAS, coupled with 10 years of experience acting in a program management role, as well as a completed Bachelor's Degree

Experience managing UAS and sensors including: Experience supporting unmanned aircraft testing, entailing test planning, range coordination, execution, data collection and analysis, post-testing reporting, and briefing development and support

Experience supporting cross-agency collaboration and coordination during the deployment, testing, and evaluation of UAS and sensors

Experience developing UAS program performance metrics, verification strategies, and analysis of test data, implementation of system modifications and/or technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting mission systems and sensors for Federal Government Agencies including:

Minotaur Mission System

Electro-Optical and Infrared (EO/IR) sensors and Synthetic-Aperture Radar (SAR)

Experience working with or supporting the deployment of the MQ-9 Reaper

Multi-Spectral Targeting System B (MTS-B), SeaVue Radar, and Vehicle and Dismount Exploitation Radar (VADER)

Due Regard Radar (DRR) and Sense and Avoid (S&A) systems

Experience supporting the development and analysis of cost estimates, UAS program budgets, staffing, and flight hours

Experience developing technical analytics and trade studies on UAS and sensors including requirements analysis and market research

Experience preparing acquisition documentation including Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), statements of work (SOWs), sole source justifications, and waivers for UAS and sensors
