Work you'll do
Assists in the development of major features and implementations, including helping to design the architecture for those features.
Collaborate frequently with engineers, developers, and administrators and provide insightful feedback on the process, architecture, implementation, and quality of the product
Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to ensure the stability of client applications.
Leads an enhancement/innovation pipeline by championing and discerning new and creative approaches to address client challenges
Design enhancements and interfaces with client SMEs to provide enterprise architecture expertise across platforms
Design solution recommendations and enforce consistency across applications

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
The Technical Architect must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, OR 4 years of comparable work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.
Must have an active TS/SCI
Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
Experience in developing, testing and production environments in accordance with SDLC guidelines
Program or Project work experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and tools usage
Soft skills include communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking
Experience leading an innovation pipeline by championing and discerning new and creative approaches
- TS/SCI with a polygraph
