Deloitte Talent Management Technology & Analytics Support (TS/SCI w/Polygraph required) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support the OHR Talent Management Team.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries

  • Development of data visualizations (PowerPoint and Tableau)

  • Support in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information using databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases

  • Working with government product owner to develop and prioritize technical requirements, develop testing scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of web applications

    Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph is required

  • 1-3 years of experience in the business/HR analytics

  • Bachelor's Degree in data analytics or equivalent is required

  • Experience with data analytics or data science in a professional or academic setting

  • Knowledge of designing, creating, and maintaining data analytics and visualization platforms using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Tableau or Power BI tools

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism

  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with Python or Tableau and Tableau Server

  • Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions

  • Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in business development

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
