Work you'll do

  • Tackle critical issues at all levels of government in a team-focused environment with an emphasis on personal and professional growth

  • Develop and support an enterprise risk management program, including the establishment of foundational processes, governing bodies, and operating models

  • Implement risk aggregation and monitoring tools for a Federal client

  • Implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks.

  • Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.

  • Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.

  • Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.

  • Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science or IT related field OR 7 years of comparable work experience

  • 3+ Risk Management experience within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments

  • Demonstrated experience developing risk strategies for federal government

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF), Risk Assessment, and Risk Mitigation Plans

  • Strong knowledge of the Project Management Lifecycle

  • Experience and understanding working with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding working with complex network engineering environments

  • Knowledge of DoDI 8510.01 and NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Experience working with cyber security tools

  • Experience with cyber awareness

  • Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test

  • Must have an active TS/SCI

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.

Preferred:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
