Senior Relationship Technology Manager - Consulting

Work you ll do
The Senior Technology Relationship Manager for Consulting will serve on the Consulting account team and partner with Consulting Technology Leader to provide oversight and management of the product and portfolio roadmap, as well as partnering on a variety of ITS go to market initiatives. Assist the Consulting Technology Leader with guiding the delivery of solutions for the entire portfolio. Liaise with entire ITS account team to drive consistency, accountability and transparency. Provide oversight of delivery capabilities and assist on an as-needed basis. Assist the Consulting Technology Leader with portfolio period reporting, financials and compliance.
Account & Relationship Management
Engage in discussions with senior leaders from both Consulting and ITS to understand the business needs and technology strategy. Includes defining the opportunity and building the business case; drive key initiatives across ITS and in collaboration with the business as needed.
Partner with the Consulting Technology Leader, business stakeholders and other ITS leaders to align our technology approach with the business needs.
Drive collaboration across ITS, in order to ensure the right things are prioritized and delivered.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and Channel Leaders to guide key decisions and overcome challenges as they impact to the Consulting business.
Budget & Cost Management
Provide full transparency on state of Consulting portfolio (current and future) that is comprehensive, accurate and reliable.
Define and collaborate on key financial metrics for the Consulting Office of CIO and ITS Consulting portfolio, including total cost of ownership to customers.
Drive transparency and visibility into current state of IT spend and IT delivery, creating insight to support better decision making that translates into benefits and cost savings.
Partner with project controller to evaluate year over year financial data to establish trends and optimize portfolio performance.
Portfolio & Program Management
Serve on the Consulting account team.
Manage a comprehensive roadmap and inventory of all IT services provided to support the portfolio.
Define, collaborate, and lead key performance metrics to monitor overall health of portfolio.
Identify ways to optimize and improve on IT service delivery.
Help change the conversation with our clients, bringing an objective lens and ensuring the right things are being discussed to achieve the best outcome for the business and maximize ROI.
Partner with the Consulting Technology Leader to craft the story (past/current/future) on the portfolio.
Focus on Impact:
Understand clients' business strategy and needs, and possesses ability to translate those for effective solution delivery
Influence and guide ongoing improvements to portfolio governance, standards and processes, including leading development of common templates, tools, processes & best practices
Find opportunities for evolving our delivery model and increase responsiveness & nimbleness for the account team and the solutions they bring to market.
Proliferate an entrepreneur, business-mindset within ITS, and set the standard for being easy to do business with.
Create integration points, leading discussions on the art of the possible by facilitating connections across areas within the portfolio, outside of the portfolio, and across business and IT groups.
Focus on People:
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork with their clients and ITS.
Ensure the right people are at the table to drive seamless execution across all ITS delivery channels, bringing forth the best of ITS.
