Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience2 years in a technical or functional lead roleExperience mentoring and coaching othersProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceUp to 10% travel requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this roleSalesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant6 years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.comExperience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutionsStrong people management skills leading small to larger team spread across geographiesStrong communication skills, both written and oral. 5 years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud or Force.com platform and integrationsSFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web ServicesPreferred: Previous professional services or consulting experienceKnowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica and Informatica CloudSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Integration Architecture DesignerSalesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility DesignerSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Mobile Solutions Architecture Designer How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
