Property,Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) Audit Readiness advisor sustaining andimproving PP&E financial, operational, and systemic business processes.
Provideguidance and assistance to audit related issues with PP&E, and performtasks in accordance with Federal laws and standards.
Developand update business process documentation.
Executeand automate complex and data intensive reconciliations.
Designand implement internal control testing, audit response, and liaison support.
Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Business, or other related field
Active Top Secret(TS) security clearance, or higher, is required for this role
Possess anunderstanding of Federal accounting standards that govern Property, Plant, andEquipment (PP&E) Federal GAAP
1 to 2 years experience related to fixed assets/PP&E tracking, valuation, and policy
Experience performingfinancial statement analysis
Experience improving,designing, and/or redesigning business processes
Experience withfinancial reporting and other controls such as A-123, FMFIA/OMB Circular A-123
Possess an understandingof accounting standards and the ability to determine the appropriateproprietary accounting treatment for all client work activities
Demonstratedexperience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated problemsolving skills
CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE,CGFM, CDFM, or other related certification
Knowledge of personalproperty (primarily IT hardware), real property, and software in development
Familiarity with ITequipment and experience with IT invoices and PO s
Possess an understandingof the typical Acquire to Retire business process cycle
