Promotion Program Evaluation and Reporting

Work you ll do

Seeking a highly motivated program assessment and evaluation leader to execute agency-wide review of a large-scale human capital program.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Being part of a team supporting government leaders in development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries

  • Apply assessment methodologies to collect, consolidate, analyze, and report on the technologies, processes, policies, and roles/responsibilities for a large agency-wide promotion program

  • Execute the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information through the use of databases, spreadsheets, decision memos, white papers, and technical reports

  • Working with government product owner to provide technical insight on business requirements

  • Regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication

  • Diagnosing and resolving defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.

  • Collaborating with fellow developers and testers in an Agile development environment

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

  • Experience working with Human Capital data strongly preferred but not required ... a willingness to learn is.

  • Understanding of Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) policies, requirements, structures, and DCIPS-based human capital programs

  • Strong written communication and group facilitation skills
