Work you ll do

As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Cyber Risk group you will:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices

  • Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management

  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

  • Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment

  • Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope

  • Carry out Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentialing, background investigation, and identity and access management tasks

  • Provide help desk support and maintain and provide data from the Credential and Identity Management System and Managed Service Office (MSO) system

  • Identify to the Operations Task Lead risks, issues, and opportunities related to the team s support to the ICAM PMO and helps develop strategies for managing the risks and issues and capitalizing on opportunities

  • Provide meeting support, serve as a backup credentialing station registrar, follow procedures to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), maintain operations team s procedures, follows the contract team s protocols, and provides other support to the Operations Task Lead as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Ability to work independently under general guidance

  • Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges that require more than following existing operations procedures

  • Ability to capture the key points from meetings, concisely summarize them, and quickly deliver them to the Operations Task Lead

  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and ICAM PMO stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Knowledge of ICAM-implementation help desk support

  • Knowledge of ICAM implementation approach, processes, and technical infrastructure

  • Training individuals to adopt or use ICAM credentials and tools

  • Knowledge of Physical Access Control (PACS) implementations, Logical Access Control (LACS) and PACS convergence implementations

  • Systems development lifecycle (SDLC) project management
