Deloitte Oracle EBS Developer / Tier 2 Support in Washington, District Of Columbia

Work you'll do

Our Oracle developer role is responsible for providing Tier 2 (Technical) and Tier 3 (Oracle Service Requests) support, including end-user ticket resolution, ad-hoc training, troubleshooting, and regression testing for patching and enhancements. Responsibilities include documentation, supporting testing efforts, working with development team to develop custom objects and modify existing objects, conduct end-user training, and working with end-users to resolve user inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite experience

  • Tier 2 Support experience

  • Experience working SR and RFC requests with Oracle

  • Intermediate SQL skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical communities

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Experience participating and conducting meetings with key stakeholders

  • Experience conducting end-user training

  • Experience with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement desired)

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance (Public Trust) for this role

  • Ability to travel based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: >

  • Experience in Oracle and Supply Chain/Inventory is recommended.

  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, team-based environment
