Work you'll do

  • Provide Tier 2 support to NAVSEA employees with Navy ERP (SAP) transactions to include:

  • Create TARS for DDRS jobs and transmissions. Account checks for CPP, Cash snapshots for PEC, 10 table updates, manual UMD clearing.

  • Support BL balancing and linking, commits and obs review and corrections, FMBLCORR process, subhead corrections for DDRS errors, 4120/4590 account checks, FMMC process, FMDERIVE updates, create new fund centers, budget validation/subhead/functional area updates, FMUSERGROUP updates, LOA updates to PRs, FMRC monthly recon

  • PS/CO/FM (funded program) knowledge/experience. EIP updates, work center updates, project structure updates for new FY/new projects. ABC_ID field updates (SCF)

  • Create TARS for PEC billing, UBAR adjustments submissions and validations, UBAR JV posting errors, SSR 14 table updates, SSR adjustment table entries, annual billing schedule review and update, monitoring of billing jobs, unfinal bill sales order, create local customers for advance sales orders.

  • ShipClip to CMLS to ERP (ZRMIM0025 /business process expertise): Milstrip/PCard/SPS. Backlog error count is:

  • Food Service (Prime Vendor): MILSTRIP Prime Vendor PO and Goods Receipts - 4538 total (15 unique error types) CMLS PR PO (SPS PRs, Pcard PR/PO, MILSTRIP PO) - 762 total (33 unique error types) CMLS receipt (receipts for MILSTRIP/PCard/SPS) - 163 total (4 unique error types) DMLSS (Medical/Comfort and Mercy ship/file-based and ZMON): MILSTRIP POs and Goods Receipts Vendor (ZMON, SM37, z Employee vendor T-code, and dropbox access)

  • Serve as SME PR/PO and covers the SPS 2-way interface / Funding documents that turn into contracts, external DC (bulk funding document), and PRs reconciliation/tickets

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree required (additional years of experience may substitute for a degree).

  • At least six (6) years of experience providing functional module support to set up and configure Navy ERP (SAP) systems.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoN/DoD financial management and accounting principles, procedures, and workflows.

  • Familiarity with DoN/DoD Purchase Order (PO) request process.

  • Experience tracking account reconciliations, purchase requests, etc.

  • Strong customer service and training experience in similar help desk roles.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


  • Ten (10) or more years of experience providing functional module support to set up and configure Navy ERP (SAP) systems is desired.
