Work you'll do

  • Lead and support the recruiting and hiring workstream to address the client's hiring needs

  • Combine application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to advise, implement, and operate projects

  • Utilize business consulting skills related to project management, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, and more

  • Work directly with various stakeholder executives and hiring managers to improve their talent acquisition strategy

  • Act as the liaison between government executive leadership and HR to drive hiring actions towards completion in an efficient and timely manner

  • Update and maintain hiring data

  • Collaborate with and foster good relationships with various government and HR stakeholders to provide a high level of customer service

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.



  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 6 years of full time professional work experience in related human capital industry

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must have active Top Secret clearance

  • Ability to travel 50%-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


  • Bachelor's degree required in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/ psychology or a related discipline

  • Professional full-time work experience leading recruitment strategy and managing client relationships for government and/or executive level accounts

  • Professional full-time work experience in the human resources or human capital industry
