Work you'll do
Lead and support the recruiting and hiring workstream to address the client's hiring needs
Combine application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to advise, implement, and operate projects
Utilize business consulting skills related to project management, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, and more
Work directly with various stakeholder executives and hiring managers to improve their talent acquisition strategy
Act as the liaison between government executive leadership and HR to drive hiring actions towards completion in an efficient and timely manner
Update and maintain hiring data
Collaborate with and foster good relationships with various government and HR stakeholders to provide a high level of customer service

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
6 years of full time professional work experience in related human capital industry
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must have active Top Secret clearance
Ability to travel 50%-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree required in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/ psychology or a related discipline
Professional full-time work experience leading recruitment strategy and managing client relationships for government and/or executive level accounts
Professional full-time work experience in the human resources or human capital industry
