Deloitte Financial Analytics Sr Consultant - Clearance Required in Washington, District Of Columbia

Work you ll do

As aSenior Consultant within our Analytics team, you will:

Facilitateuse of technology-based risk assessment tools or methodologies to review,design and implement solutions

Act as aworkstream/team lead, managing junior analytics resources and projectmanagement (managing schedules, timelines, communications with clients, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy andquality)

Anticipateclient needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Participatein and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs ofthe client and contract

Assist withevaluation, development, programming, and execution of on-going reconciliations

Contributesto new business proposals and proposal development

Manageown personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professionalgrowth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

AdvisoryAnalytics mitigates current and future risk for our clients across several industries, spanningfrom finance and audit readiness to forensics and healthcare. With a creativeand innovative approach, our Analytics team exposes our clients risks andprovides recommendations to improve the quality of data. We collaborate closelywith government agencies, accountants, IT professionals, and clients to produceanalyses in support of risk consulting engagements.

Qualifications

Required:

Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without the need foremployer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Abilityto obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role

Bachelor sDegree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics disciplines, orrelated area

3 years of experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis and/ormodeling, financial or cost analysis, internal controls, and/orexternal/internal financial audit

Experiencemining and analyzing transactional electronic data with competency in one ormore of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, ACL or Alteryx

Preferred:

PreviousFederal Consulting and/or professional services experience

ACLor Python programming experience

Ability to developreconciliations from concept to completion for federal financial data
