Deloitte DoD ERP/Oracle EBS Developer (Secret Clearance) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Work you'll do

  • Serve as a full-time Oracle EBS ERP Developer for a large, complex Department of Defense financial system

  • Development of new objects to automate or enhance functionality

  • Preparing technical design specifications

  • Communicating with other team members and clients to support user acceptance testing

  • Resolving defects and performance issues; completing technical reviews, supporting code migration, and create technical documentation as required

  • Assisting with creation of work plans, level of effort estimates, and release schedules

  • Experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing Oracle EBS or other ERP based system options, and/or implementation

  • Demonstrated experience conducting analyses in Oracle EBS that may involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement and business principles, and similar cost-influencing factors

  • Experience with requirements gathering via process assessment, development and maintenance of configuration management, system testing supporting Oracle EBS based financial system upgrade and enhancements

  • Experience performing configuration and development activities to support one or more of the following Momentum modules: General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Credit Card, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Automated Disbursements, External Reports, Planning, Workflow, Reports Portal, etc.

  • Experience with BI Publisher reporting

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active secret security clearance required

  • Travel up to 25%


  • CompTIA Security

    • Familiarity with Federal Financial Systems and business processes
