As a Cyber Technical Resilience Manager, you will be at the frontlines with our clients supporting them with their security and resiliency needsto improve their overall security posture, by implementing industry leadingpractices around cyber risks and resilience for clients. The Technical ResilienceManager will leverage broad technical knowledge of the security practices andresiliency principles to establish secure design patterns, to architectintegrations with customers existing security policies, and to assist inensuring the security and compliance of the client environment. You will:
Advise in transforming traditionaldisaster recovery (DR) solutions to secure, agile, scalable, always-on,cloud-first environments.
Assess, design, and implementresilient architectures for clients across a diverse set of technologiesincluding cloud, big data, risk sensing, and advanced security technologies.
Lead Resilient Infrastructure Design and Architecture on clientengagements for complex environments.
Review reference architectures forcloud native high-performance environments, designing business solutions incloud, developing deployment, migration, operation and monitoring guides.
Advise clients in implementinginnovative risk management organizations and processes which drive resilienceacross the enterprise.
Support response and recoveryactivities for high profile technology disruptions including cyberattacks, naturaldisasters, man-made disasters, and other crises scenarios.
Engage in wargaming, technologytransformation, resilience assessment, resilient design, impact analysis, riskanalysis, service continuity, plan documentation, and testing and failoverautomation activities.
Improve agility and resilience ofclient environments including on-prem and cloud systems to identifyopportunities to reduce IT operations through automation.
Demonstrate deep understanding oftesting methodologies, test automation and software development principles.
Champion Agile leading-practices,processes, and tools in support of DevSecOps processes with respect to TestAutomation.
Support Managed Services team on clientcalls as necessary as an SME.
Participate in proposal development efforts
Lead the team on whitepapers, proof of concepts, technicaleminence materials and firm initiatives.
Lead engagement planning, economics, and billing
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activitiesand assist in retention of professionals.
Support and enable team members acrossboth technical and management leadership capacities.
Provide internal technical security andresiliency training to Advisory personnel as needed.
