Work you'll do
Depending on the level at which you are hired at, you may have some combination of the following responsibilities:
Oversight on the final review and timely delivery of all content deliverables such as the Content Audit Report, Content Strategy Guide, and page copy documents
Ensure all content activities and deliverables meet the requirements detailed within the Statement of Work (SOW).
Provides review and input to content-specific activities, including: content inventorying, content auditing, content modeling, information architecture design, UX writing, and long-form copywriting.
Execute day-to-day content activities, including: content inventorying, content auditing, content modeling, information architecture design, UX writing, and long-form copywriting.
Drive content deliverables such as the Content Audit Report, Content Strategy Guide, and page copy documents
Participate in content stakeholder interviews to gather input on content strategy needs and determine content governance parameters
Coordinate with Design teams on user research, wireframe input and mockup reviews.
Coordinate with SEO team during page labeling, taxonomy design, and copywriting.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills
Experience in writing and editing with a growing ability to work independently and in groups as needed
Proven ability to follow established standards and maintain brand continuity
Experience leading the following workstreams: Content Audit, Digital Content Strategy, Copywriting, Information Architecture, Web Content Management as they relate to Product Development and Service Delivery
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Experience supporting new web portal development and enhancements to an existing public-facing web application
Experience coordinating with developers to implement and test designs throughout agile timelines
Experience communicating complex ideas graphically within a complex environment (public sector preferred)
