Deloitte Cloud DevSecOps Engineer (Secret Clearance) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Work you ll do

Responsible for planning and delivering an automated set of hybrid cloudplatforms and services to support the continuous integration and deployment ofapplication software. Should have a Solid understanding and Experience with provisioningand managing infrastructure as well as applications in Cloud environments inAzure. Should have experience with identifying and implementing automation forCI/CD, and with related Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Docker,Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and others.

Our Federal Cyber Risk team is client focused and mission driven. Our teamworks across industries and sectors to respond more rapidly and effectively,providing recommendations to improve cyber threat detection.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security,Cybersecurity, or related field

5 years experience as a software developer focused on securityarchitecture.

The ideal candidate should have a foundation across cloud services and theability to communicate security and risk-related concepts.

A history of delivering secure architectures in a federal environment

Strong knowledge of industry trends in security technology

Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner and collaboratewith both engineers and business users on architecture vision and securitymodel

Ability to obtain & maintain the required security clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need foremployer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Previous Federal Consulting experience

Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts

Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within theFederal government

Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards,and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP

DevSecOps process, tools experience across the SDLC

Experience in Container Platforms, APIs and Microservices development andoperations

Translate technical DevSecOps concepts for general understanding

Technical management and planning

IT/PaaS monitoring and continuous improvement strategies and techniques

Scaled agile (at least SAFe training is ok)

Recommended Certifications:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional

Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
