As a Cisco Routing & Switching Network Architect, we seek an individual with expert level skills who will be responsible for the plan, prepare, design, build, implement and operate level tasks for complex converged networks, as well as provide on-going support for network infrastructure technologies and related systems. This position will provide Level 3 support and any other duties as assigned. You will be supporting VoIP telephony systems as well as integrated network environments for Federal Civilian and DoD contact centers and back office business units. The successful candidate will have experience working with large enterprise-class network environments, supporting converged technologies. As part of overall work responsibilities, you will be required to deploy, configure and support all aspects of the LAN/WAN environment, the mitigation of security threats, wireless networks, network protocols (IP, EIGRP, SIP, Serial Line Interface Protocol, OSPF) Access Control Lists (ACL), VLANs, including Cisco IOS devices. This position will require for Cisco Unified Communications, Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center Infrastructure and other relevant Cisco Products for Call Centers and Collaboration. You will be responsible for supporting the triage of issues, to assist in root cause analysis activities, make recommendations for resolution of VoIP system issues and communicate findings. You will partner with outside service organizations in support of VoIP environment, as well as manage VoIP devices in accordance with best practices and Federal security standards, approved methods, and procedures. What You Will BringSignificant background and experience in contact center technologies having supported large or multi-site contact center operations including direct experience with: telephony, ACD, IVR, CTI, digital recording, WFM, multi-site and omni-channel operations including web portal and mobile app development.Ability to manage concurrent projects delivering business outcomes on-time & within-budget. Key skills include: project planning, risk management, outcome focused execution, budget management, etc.Results-oriented; passionate about achieving strategic goals in established timeframesStrong financial & budget management skillsStrong communication skills with ability to articulate industry and business concepts to diverse audiences and present to C-Level executivesSignificant custom software development acumen leveraging a variety of technologies and delivery methodologiesAbility to participate and review project plans, solution designs and other critical artifacts in driving complex, custom developed solutionsAbility to source, retain and grow talentProven capability in building and leading high-functioning teamsAbility to foster collaborative relationships in cross-functional teams and work in matrix environmentAbility to earn the confidence of others through open communication and respectful behaviorLeveraging of data and metrics to help drive decision makingAgile style.
