At Deloitte, you will maintain asolid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject MatterExpert on the various areas and products of the Studio Team. Interface with clients to define and documentrequirements for a named set of custom developed or vendor softwareproducts.

Work you lldo

As a Business Analyst, you ll be tasked with creatingdocumentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria,feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, wireframesand newsletters. You ll also beresponsible for:

Assistingthe Product Owner in leading, directing, and reviewing all activitiesassociated with delivering technology products. Responsible for productquality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. -{PS..0}->Responsiblefor conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user andcustomer needs, Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the ProductOwner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for aproject. Providesoperational support to practitioners and firm clients. Configures SharePointfeatures in production and non-production environments. Engages with various teamsto resolve problems as they arise.

Deloitte Tax LLP's National Chief Technology Office (CTO)is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of technology,tools, and standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services. The CTOteam is focused on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to delivercomprehensive, value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. It is adynamic team with professionals of varying backgrounds from tax technical,technology development, change management, Six Sigma, and project management.The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving processand tool development and implementation including training development,engagement management, tool design, and implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor sdegree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educationalor professional experience

  • Requires a minimum of four (4) years of related experience in related field.

    • Requires experiencein process design and process improvement
  • Requires Advancedwritten, verbal analytical and communications skills

  • Requires Strongknowledge of data analytics

  • Stronginterpersonal and relationship skills

  • Basicclient interaction skills

  • Workingknowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications

  • Abilityto coordinate and work effectively with teammates, end-users and leadership

  • Abilityto work in a virtual team environment

  • Requires the abilityto complete work in an acceptable timeframe, manage a variety of detailedtasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Complete all tasks with accuracy to meet deadlines,goals, objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs relatedto the job

  • Requires a familiaritywith agile project methodology

  • Upto 10% travel required

  • Preferred:

  • Experienceworking on engagements that have incorporated Robotic Process Automations (RPA)with one of the market leading RPA platforms : Automation Anywhere, BluePrismand/or UiPath
