Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant within our practice, you will:
Work with clients to identify financial control issues and gaps
Understand Risk Management Framework through policy development and implementation guidance/training
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and participate in team problem solving efforts
Help drive major improvements in budget execution

Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Business, Finance or Information Technology/Systems or another Business-related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future .
Active Secret security clearance required
Strong understanding of Navy business process expertise who can understand the end to end process, help identify problem areas, understand the nonfinancial side of datasets and help to address systemic issues to effectively perform budget execution validation efforts
The ideal candidate would have experience within one of the following business processes: Transportation of Things, Transportation of People, MILSTRIP, CIVPAY, MILPAY, CVP, RWO.
Experienced with reimbursable work orders, contract vendor pay, and audit readiness
Consulting experience in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial management polices and procedures, financial system integrations, etc.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government financial accounting systems
