Agile Coach

The Deloitte team has the unique opportunity to staff a Senior Consultant to be an Agile Coach and develop custom Agile operating model to transform how the client executes strategic priorities.

Work you ll do

The Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection, Directorate of Resource Integration (AF/A4P) plans, develops, and implements innovative and transformative logistics concepts and initiatives across the Air Force logistics enterprise. This role directly supports AF/A4, AF/A4P and the AF/A4 CIO by providing Agile coaching to increase the value of the clients existing agile methods used to influence decisions, identify friction points, anticipate future outputs, and encourage collaboration.

The ideal candidate will work autonomously to coordinate with key stakeholders to eliminate redundancies, increase identification of cross-work stream dependencies, and ensure a common understanding of Agile processes. Duties will include, but are not limited to, decomposing work packages, consolidating backlog tasks, conducting sprint retrospectives, and creating a quarterly plan.

We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on heart of the business issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.


Active Secret clearance

Bachelor's Degree and 3 yrs of experience

Experience with IT Portfolio Management, or IT Program Management

Advanced knowledge of tools used for daily work activities, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to facilitate meetings and strategic planning sessions; including preparation and presentation

Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict as necessary

Experience briefing and working with senior leaders

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Team player who can multi-task and drive activities from concept to delivery
