Advisory Senior Manager - SAP Treasury
Our delivery of services focuses on treasury and risk management strategies, treasury transformations and treasury technology solution delivery. You will be part of a cross-functional team and will be responsible for project management and client facing tasks and project-related deliverables, solutioning challenges with the client, directing on-time quality delivery of work products, and being the subject matter expert on SAP Treasury engagements.
We are looking for frontrunners in the field of SAP Treasury Technology Transformation to help drive growth and manage delivery teams, bring subject matter expertise around Treasury strategies, processes, and organizational transformation.
The Advisory Senior Manager - SAP Treasury will focus on business opportunities, growing the practice and strengthening the existing client relations through advisory services, solution design and delivery.
Duties of the Advisory Senior Manager - SAP Treasury include contacting key stakeholders at potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and develop relationships, planning and overseeing new SAP Treasury developments and initiatives, and building network and SME competence to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include:
Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Treasury, including SAP Cash Management, SAP IHC, SAP TRM, and Banking/Connectivity.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively.
Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Support sales pursuits by drafting and presenting client proposals.
Provide support as a subject matter expert on multiple projects simultaneously.
Contribute to internal and external eminence initiatives.
Develop tools and accelerators to enhance practice capabilities.
Apply strong project economics skills and financial knowledge to project management.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with focus on SAP Treasury technology
3+ years in a management role or SME role
Experience with treasury transformations, vendor selections, TMS implementations
Ability to lead a team and to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
Experience and knowledge of SAP Treasury implementations lifecycles
Ability to travel 40 - 70% on average, based on the work you do, and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Post Graduate Qualification
SAP Treasury Certification preferred
Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
Sound mentorship and coaching ability with desire to enable/develop junior resources
Strong client delivery, quality, and risk focus
Highly adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease
Sound problem solving ability

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,959 - $306,763.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
