Our Service Operations professionals bring strong domain knowledge, and expertise inproject management, business process re-engineering, performance management, and operations managementto help our clients meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving business landscape. Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other business-related field3 years of relevant consulting or industry experienceExperience working independently with minimal guidanceStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgmentProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research toolsWork in a team environment to collect data, conduct interviews, determine organizational structure, and estimate resource needs in order to help the client establish a Technology Strategic Development program office.Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role Preferred:Prior professional services or federal consulting experienceExperience working with Lean Six SigmaWell versed in Business Process Re-EngineeringPrevious hands on experience with value stream mapping and predictive modeling How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
