Work you'll do
Role will assume operational responsibility for all CTC-BO catalog items delivered to geographies within the Americas region (Cash Application, Interfirm, etc..)
Role will manage day-to-day operations for these catalog items, including work alignment, issue management, training, hiring and staffing, process control, process improvement, quality, etc.
Role will drive improvement to delivery tools such as ServiceNow to better serve our CTC-BO clients.
Role will manage all Americas region onshore CTC-BO resources, if any, and lead the GFS personnel in Hyderabad responsible for CTC-BO service delivery to the Americas.
Role will drive service delivery quality and process improvement for CTC-BO activity within the Americas region.
Role will be responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls, for providing evidential matter that supports compliance, and for driving a control mindset within the operations team supporting the Americas region.
Role will be responsible for training, development, and performance management for all CTC-BO personnel serving the Americas region
Role will develop relationships with process teams and key customers in the Americas geographies served by GFS (e.g. CA, US)
Role will advance the GFS service catalog and will onboard additional geographies and/or services as appropriate
Role will work closely with other regional Senior Managers within CTC BO to ensure consistent, standardized approach for all CTC BO activities across all geographies.

Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of billing, collections, and engagement support activities supported by CTC-BO
Candidate must be resident within the America region, work a shift time that aligns with the GFS clients within the Americas, and must be able to communicate effectively to business partners at all levels within organizations supported by GFS.
Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years leading large, diverse finance operation teams
Candidate must be familiar with leading virtual teams and operating in a virtual work environment.
Candidate must have in-depth, transactional knowledge of SAP S/4. SWIFT experience is a plus.
Candidate must have experience operating across cultures, especially with global delivery centers in India.
