Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Tulsa, OK and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Performing assessments and studies of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Conduct user reported issues research and evaluations, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Tracking application defects using defect-tracking tools, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details. Assisting clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes, allowing the function to operate more efficiently and effectively. Defining, building and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results. Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures. Working for deliverables across all the Phases of Development Cycle start from Inception to release for the assigned projects. Utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS) to collaborate with cross-functional teams to branch, build, and deploy applications. Developing web applications using .NET Framework, JavaScript technologies, VisualStudio and SQL Server from front-end to back-end. Participating in Agile and/or Waterfall development activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Participating in application SIT and support UAT activities. Interacting with clients to elicit architectural and non-functional requirements, from performance, scalability, reliability, and availability to maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Senior Associate, Technology Analyst or a positions in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures;

  • Working for deliverables across all the Phases of Development Cycle start from Inception to release for the assigned projects;

  • Utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS) to collaborate with cross-functional teams to branch, build, and deploy applications;

  • Developing web applications using .NET Framework, JavaScript technologies, VisualStudio and SQL Server from front-end to back-end;

  • Participating in Agile and/or Waterfall development activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives;

  • Participating in application SIT and support UAT activities;

  • Interacting with clients to elicit architectural and non-functional requirements, from performance, scalability, reliability, and availability to maintainability.

  • 80% travel required.

  • Telecommuting permitted.
