Work you'll do
You will be in a leadership role on the Operations Team for Audit & Assurance Learning. In this role, you will lead all regulatory matters related to implementation and monitoring of our system of quality management and oversee internal activities such as team finances and learning infrastructure enhancements that enable the business priorities of the Audit & Assurance business. Reporting to Audit & Assurance Learning and Development leadership, your responsibilities may include:
Fostering a high-performance culture in a virtual environment by developing people through advocacy, coaching, mentoring, and training
Operating as Audit & Assurance Learning's system of quality management leader by engaging directly with senior Audit & Assurance Quality/Internal Monitoring leaders and senior Audit & Assurance Learning leaders to implement, monitor, assess and improve learning's system of quality management and respond directly to all regulatory inquiries from internal and external governing bodies
Maintaining all system of quality management compliance documentation and Quality Assurance Platform (QAP) responses for Audit & Assurance Learning, identifying and implementing response improvements to maintain quality expectations
Managing learning documentation standards, file maintenance policy, and Content Management System (CMS) processes in alignment with Audit & Assurance Learning's system of quality management
Planning the annual Audit & Assurance Learning budget, directing period financial analysis and reporting, and managing vendor procurement processes for Audit & Assurance Learning
Providing centralized direction and oversight of the learning strategy across Audit & Assurance Learning's Operations Team as a strategic partner to evaluate, identify, implement, innovate and track operational improvements in infrastructure that support advancement of the learner experience and enable A&A's strategic vision
Leading operational analytics and driving measurement strategy across the Audit & Assurance Learning's Operations Team

Strong strategic, critical and systematic thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes with clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Ability to analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to identify trends, develop data-driven insights and present compelling recommendations
Close attention to details along with the ability to adjust focus smoothly between details and the big picture

Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 10 years of related experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a regulatory environment
Minimum 3 years of experience managing budgets and financial processes
Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce deliverables that carry a "stamp of excellence":
In Excel, aggregate data, conduct complex analysis and display results visually
In PowerPoint, translate data into insights and tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; convey clear and easily actionable recommendations
In Word, create clear, concise communications with a user-friendly layout conducive to cognition

MBA or other advanced degree in finance, accounting, human resources, education or related field
Prior audit or professional services experience
Prior experience establishing, leading and monitoring quality management system for learning or other internal services area
Prior experience leading and delivering strategic learning, communications and change management strategies
Prior experience working in a leadership role of a learning and development or talent management organization
Prior experience working with data analytics software such as Tableau, Power BI, OneModel, etc.
Six sigma and/or PMI certifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,030 to $236,215.
