Work you'll do
As an ICN Personal Monitoring Lead Senior Analyst on the Audits Team, you'll use your analytical, research, investigative and leadership skills to:
Perform personal independence audit reviews procedures to identify potential areas of non-compliance to Deloitte policies in accordance with existing policies and internal guidance and protocols.
Work with management and team leadership to help identify trends and root causes based on data compiled from audit results.
Continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Independence Audits process through recommendation of changes in policies and/or procedures.
Own and manage projects that may include reports for leadership, due diligence analysis, and reconciliations.
Gain a detailed understanding of existing policies, internal guidance and protocols, and function as a process knowledge expert.
Support and coach other members of the team and peers in complex matters such as answering questions related to unique concepts and/or complex violations.

Bachelors' degree (preferably accounting, business or finance)
7+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team
Strong oral and written communications
Proven ability to multi-task among competing priorities
Ability to operate independently, and as a part of a team, while thriving in a fast paced, highly flexible organization
Outstanding attention to detail along with strong technical, investigative, organizational, and analytical skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
An understanding of compliance requirements for professional auditing firms
Knowledge of financial instruments, such as equities, fixed income, brokerage accounts, etc.
A basic understanding of U.S. Federal individual tax returns
Experience within a partnership, navigating a matrixed environment
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel with knowledge of creating pivot tables and executing v-lookups.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,500 to $129,065
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
