Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Tampa, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Deliver large engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Develop, test, and deploy technology solutions necessary to meet client business requirements using industry standard processes and HR technologies including SuccessFactors. Provide technical support to client for training delivery, training compliance reporting and stewarding using SuccessFactors LMS. Design, configure, implement and maintain the SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems implementation to deliver engagement tasks throughout the Software Implementation Life Cycle. Use various connectors of SuccessFactors LMS to facilitate the migration of Training History, Course Data, and User Data. Oversee the transfer of large sets of enterprise data for various outputs using SuccessFactors migration tools including Connector and Data Import templates. Identify key metrics and measures to indicate the performance of integration processes using various SuccessFactors Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) including SF API and Odata API. Create system interface specification designs and field mapping to perform gap analysis for integration solutions through data- driven analysis. Create client reporting features through the development of SuccessFactors custom reports and calculated fields using SuccessFactors Online Reporting Designer, Advanced Reporting, Ad-hoc Reporting, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Plateau Report Designer (PRD).

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing HR, Payroll, and Financial Management transformation consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Designing, configuring, implementing and maintaining the SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems implementation to deliver engagement tasks throughout the Software Implementation Life Cycle;

  • Using various connectors of SuccessFactors LMS to facilitate the migration of Training History, Course Data, and User Data;

  • Performing the transfer of large sets of enterprise data for various outputs using SuccessFactors migration tools including Connector and Data Import templates;

  • Identifying key metrics and measures to indicate the performance of integration processes using various SuccessFactors Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) including SF API and Odata API;

  • Creating system interface specification designs and field mapping to perform gap analysis for integration solutions through data- driven analysis;

  • Creating client reporting features through the development of SuccessFactors custom reports and calculated fields using SuccessFactors Online Reporting Designer, Advanced Reporting, Ad-hoc Reporting, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Plateau Report Designer (PRD).

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
