Senior HR Content Strategist Bersin Insights

The Senior HR Content Strategist Bersin Insights is responsible for developing the content assets that deliver Bersin insights to our members. They work closely with the Research Ideation and Research Execution teams to understand what member needs are not being addressed by our existing inventory of content, and brainstorm about what channels and formats could best meet the need. They are responsible for overseeing contract resources who will produce articles, blog posts, infographics, podcasts, and video, as well as occasionally creating content themselves. They also oversee the curation of relevant content assets from Deloitte eminence and from collaborations with external thought leaders.

Work you ll do

  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions with Research Ideation and Research Execution to determine what new content assets are needed.

  • Identify relevant channels and formats to meet member needs around a given topic or issue.

  • Slot new assets for development into centrally managed editorial calendar and assign content developers as necessary (e.g., writers, graphic designers, video producers, studio resources) or create content assets.

  • Oversee and ensure quality of content developers work.

  • Manage review process with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • 6 years of editorial experience, ideally with a mix of journalism and corporate editorial experience.

  • Solid background covering issues in the HR space in order to act as a thinking partner to colleagues in Research Ideation and Research Execution.

  • Experience managing freelance content developers.

  • Experience with content management systems, including Quark.

  • High execution skills, with ability to consistently produce quality results.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support.

Preferred:

  • 10 years of editorial experience, ideally with a mix of journalism and corporate editorial experience.
