Deloitte Product Owner/Business Analyst in Tampa, Florida

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • You will gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.

  • You will be creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

  • You will be involved in budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modelling, variance Analysis, pricing, and reporting, and defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.

  • You will need to have the ability and experience working with cross functional and offshore teams.

  • Works with business partners to identify and implement multiple complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes.

  • You will be collaborating with the delivery team.

  • You will Guide the team's operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.

  • You will be facilizing internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management).

  • Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.

  • You will be working with external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities.

  • You will Define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for technical services and products.

  • You will coordinate requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement actives, and develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms .

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement.

  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

  • 10 years of Product Owner/Business Analyst experience.

  • Must have exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Must have the ability to work with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.

  • Experience working with different stakeholders, providing research and analysis, basic solutioning, and writing requirements.

  • Must have excellent documentation skills.

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • Must be able to relocate to Houston, TX.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
