Deloitte Lean Six Sigma Manager - Audit and Assurance in Tampa, Florida

The Deloitte Audit & Assurance team makes an impact by delivering a strong foundation of audit practices across Deloitte. We leverage new ideas and technologies to raise quality standards, drive growth and change, and define the audit of the future.

We are looking for a highly motivated audit professional with a keen interest in envisioning our future and learning new skills as we look to transform our Audit processes.

(Location Preference: Tampa; however, open to location but would be traveling to Tampa 5 days a week)

Work you ll do:

The Lean Six Sigma Manager will support the Audit Process Transformation (APT) organization to establish a process culture and environment that enables Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create responsive and streamlined approaches to execute the audits of the future. Through a collaborative effort between best-in-class auditors, program and project managers and business process transformation experts, you will imagine and design process, and systems that change the way we work and how we audit the biggest and most complex businesses around the world. Through your help with Agile methodology and your skills in process design, you will help us re-invent the way audits are done and lead the journey forward.

As a Lean Six Sigma Manager you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Audit Transformation Leadership Team across the functional Audit, COE s and delivery entities to support, transform and enable the way we execute audits today and in the future.

  • Leverage your analytical skills and the ability to utilize data, quantitatively and qualitatively to support and provide insights to leadership and to enable timely and effective problem-solving.

  • Drive the right level of clarity through process and system thinking and enable fact-based decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required: Master s degree or MBA desirable

  • 8 years process and audit experience

  • Certified LSS Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt, Lean Master

  • Deep competencies in DMAIC, DMADV (DFSS), Lean and Agile. Can facilitate and work closely with senior executives as well as design and facilitate Kaizen events .

Experience:

  • Business transformation experience in complex environments.

  • Agile and lean application expertise in transactional environments.

  • Problem solver, innovator/creative thinker, and have a proactive approach to enable successful delivery of a standardized work.

  • Competency with Robotic Process automation (RPA).

  • A blend of statistical and financial acumen with strong communication, empathy and listening skills.

  • Proven ability to lead standup training with senior leaders and executive audiences and to articulate complex problems and solutions.

  • A global perspective and record of success.
