Deloitte Services LP seeks a Lead ITS Specialist in Tampa, FL. Work You ll DoInteract directly with technical leads and project managers to understand functional and technical requirements and the underlying business drivers and issues. Anticipate technical constraints and limitations. Understand and translate business requirements into an effective solutions that promote high performance and an optimal user experience. Define customized solutions for business requirements. Customize solutions using custom objects, workflows, page layouts and fields. Build solutions that promote data integrity and apply with project standards. Understand implications of configuration and customization decisions and explain risks, technology costs, and benefits. Participate in production troubleshooting and War Room' meetings. Support all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, development, and testing. Provide expert knowledge and proficiency for facilitating the collaborative development of technology designs, standards, and best practices. Support development and on-going maintenance for web and mobile applications. Collaborate virtually and effectively across teams and time zones. Solely or jointly support new projects and enhancements from start to finish. Conduct effective requirements planning sessions, refining requirements and use cases for sign-off, defining the best approach/option for meeting clients' needs, configuring and building the solution, completing test cycles, and deploying final solution. Build dataflows and Dashboards using Einstein Analytics. Write Apex classes and controllers to customize the application to clients specific needs. Manage on-going support processes, which include system upgrades, release planning, and change control processes. Escalate issues and risks proactively to technical leads and develop mitigating actions. Provide insight in managing system configuration specifications, training manuals, and other internal system documentation. Monitor daily progress against project delivery plans and status of deliverables. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of experience developing and administering Salesforce.com CRM Platforms.Experience must include two years of:Interacting with various business user groups to gather the requirements for CRM implementation;Utilizing agile scrum processes and methodologies;Administering, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce.com application user profiles, roles, assigning permissions, generating security tokens, validation Rule, upgrade installations;Designing, developing and deploying custom objects, components, and VisualForce Pages to suit to the needs of applications;Developing APEX Classes and APEX Triggers for various functional needs in applications;Developing custom objects, custom reports and configuring Analytic Snapshots for the sales performance and lead generation statistics;Developing responsive lenses and dashboards using custom JSON coding on the Einstein analytics platform and building complex dataflows to generate datasets;Integrating CRM applications with various interfacing applications, including Workday, SAP, and .Net using SOAP and REST APIs;Liaising directly with clients and senior-level stakeholders to discuss engagements and findings; andMentoring and coaching junior team members.
