Work you'll do:
As a GPS HC Finance Manager, you will:
Partner with Firm Asset financial teams to establish financial forecasting and planning processes and run them ongoing
Drive additional structure and process around sales pipeline tracking, making the most of sales pipeline tracking tools
Manage Asset related reporting, providing results with accuracy, timeliness and analytical insights
Validate business asset revenue and sales performance for Financial Modeling Valuation Analysts and Partner Matters
Manage the establishment of WBS codes (Work Breakdown Structure codes) for the Asset Team
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills and ability to grow others (mentorship, learning, etc.)
Serve as pricing liaison to Asset Team to guide broader monetization/pricing strategy

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
7 years of experience with Finance Management
1 year of experience with a sales pipeline tracking tool (Mercury, SalesForce, etc.)
Experience with sales pipeline management
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 50%
