Qualifications Required:
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
Experience with 5 + years of Oracle HCM Integrations
Team management skills and must have led a team in previous client engagements.
BA degree required
Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities or be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
At least five plus years end to end Oracle HCM Cloud integration projects as a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Developer
Experience in HR processes, having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management and Time and Labor
Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud applications (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Compensation, Learning etc)
Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate Oracle applications and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.
Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations.
Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents.
Minimum 5 projects as a Technical/integration lead
Should have led three or more project implementation experience utilizing Oracle BI Publisher and preferably on Cloud HCM Cloud which includes OTBI Reports

In-depth knowledge in Oracle HCM cloud data models to effectively write reports.
Must have strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and analytical skills
Limited sponsorship may be available.Travel up to 10% annually
