The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.
Work you'll do
Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)
Leading the design front with the client, Daily Client Management and CR implementation and delivery
Co-ordination with client, development and other state team members to develop the functional design doc, technical design doc, Epics/User Stories and other key deliverable
Oversee refinement of user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)
Coordinate and oversee sprint Reviews/Demos and UAT cycles with the client team
Support development and testing teams by answering questions on functionality, user story acceptance criteria, resolving impediments
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of Functional Requirements gathering experience
Hands-on Salesforce design experience
Understanding of Salesforce Community, Service or Sales
Experience with admin or development background (Apex/Flows/Data model understanding)
Experience writing user stories
Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited Sponsorship
Preferred:
Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience
Client management experience
Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
