Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technology consulting or other relevant industry experienceProven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlinesProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research toolsMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this rolePrior professional experience in IT Strategy, IT Business Management, Cloud & Infrastructure, or Systems EngineeringKnowledge in service cataloguing and service directory developmentAdvanced Excel acumen (i.e. Pivot tables/charts, logic formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, named ranges, VLOOKUP, etc.)Dashboard tool experience preferred (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.Understanding of general SharePoint development (i.e. Lists/libraries, site pages, web parts, surveys, etc.)Implementing SLAs/OLAs, determining baselines/benchmarks for IT services, and determining metrics based on SLAs/OLAsGeneral knowledge of typical enterprise IT servicesExperience facilitating workshops/ tailored individual sessions to support clients success with new initiativesKnowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) taxonomyPreferred:Knowledge of EA principles and methodologiesExperience with Servers, Infrastructure, Platform Sizing, Infrastructure Cost ReductionGeneral knowledge of storage: Network Storage Capacity Planning, Storage Area Network (SAN) Planning, Architecture and DesignBackground in developing performance metrics (preferably IT related)Knowledge in implementing TBM taxonomy for federal clients; within an organization with federal IT spendHow you ll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
