FA Quality Manager
Managing the quality of our work is a key factor to being one of the top professional services
organizations in the world. The Finance and Administration (FA) Quality team works to continually improve FA, enhancing quality throughout the organization so that we are considered the standard by which quality of internal services is measured.
This position supports the Senior Manager, Finance and Administration Quality. The Manager has overall responsibility for one or more of the following areas:
Perform and manage quality reviews utilizing the FA quality review framework
Build historical and forward-looking data sets to support quality reviews
Support risk management and mitigation activities for the FA organization
Create plans and work with the team to execute and drive quality improvement in identified risk areas
Assist in developing processes and frameworks to support organization-wide initiatives
Work with FA leaders and interface with global service organizations, as necessary, to document and drive consistent process quality
Track metrics for progress against goals
