Work You'll Do

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manages Consulting Methods and Tools (CMT) training and communication planning and execution that result in practitioner adoption of Consulting Methods and Tools solutions and services

  • Advises, influences and collaborates with geographically dispersed stakeholders of all levels to identify, develop, and track the effectiveness of adoption initiatives

  • Manages and develops virtual US- and India-based teams and CMT SMEs to help ensure the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of deliverables and/or activities for CMT adoption strategies

  • For area of responsibility, manages the development of team work plans, assigns needed resources, manages risks and issues, builds team competencies, drives day-to-day activities, manages team member performance process, tracks status and prepares level-appropriate status reports

  • Ambassador of CMT strategic messaging and awareness (internally and externally); helps ensure message consistency, clarity, and relevance across various vehicles (e.g., online, email, method content)

  • Conducts end user engagement assessments, evaluates results and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner

  • Manages development of training programs across multiple delivery vehicles, including video, online/web-based, classroom, and virtual instructor-led

  • Manages development of innovative communication efforts that target impacted stakeholders, drives awareness and/or action, and effectively leverages key vehicles (e.g., email, presentation, website, and video)

What You ll Bring To the Table:

Skills/Experience Required:

  • B.A. / B.S. (preferably in Learning, Organizational Development, Behavioral Management, Communication, Business or Marketing)

  • Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably supporting large-scale ERP projects

  • Experience working in a distributed workplace including working with teams off shore (e.g., virtual teams, off-shore teams)

  • Minimum 7 years of leading training, change management or communications efforts

  • Executive presence and strong management skills, including strong project and time management as well as team development skills

  • Experience developing and distributing creative corporate communications that drive engagement

  • Strong MS PowerPoint, MS Projects and MS Word skills

  • Ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects at once

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise and effective manner across multiple media (websites, PowerPoint, video, etc.)

  • Experience leading and developing training across a variety of training media classroom, virtual, multi-media or online learning

  • Awareness of ADDIE, SAM and other training development methodologies

Additional Skills/Experience Desired:

  • Master s Degree in Learning, English, Communication, Behavioral Management, Organizational Development or Business with expertise in training, instructional design, communication or change management

  • Experience using training development tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, and Brainshark

  • Experience creating/editing video and/or web development
