Workyou ll do

As a Platform Solution Architect,you will be responsible for providing best practice advisory services tofunctional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation andongoing sustainment. The Solution Architect is the most senior design authorityon the project and will direct the ServiceNow implementation and certify thesolution design of strategic technologies during solution development. Thisrole will build and drive high performing relationships with strategicdevelopment partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solutiondevelopment.

In an operational setting, youwill be responsible for solution design and review of all business process andsystem level changes as part of continual service improvement. You will providedesign perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability andsupportability of the solution and processes in conjunction with maintainingthe organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizing current vendorsolution capabilities and the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ServiceNow solution design

  • Understand the business context and how to translatebusiness and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNowimplementation

  • Work with Program Resources to define sustainmentgovernance and processes as part of operational transition

  • Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNowplatform capabilities and vendor product roadmap

Together wework to establish IT operating models based on the implications of nextgeneration and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models fortechnology, and the operational expectations of an organization.

Our team of experiencedtechnologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspectsof today s business environment and focus on helping our clients shift fromfoundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner andcatalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transformthe workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology servicedelivery teams.

RequiredQualifications

  • 6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industryexperience

  • At least two years of experience managing largetechnology engagements

  • A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations

  • Demonstrated prior experience in managing teams of five resources through design, development, and/or operations of complex technologyenvironments

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, includingpresentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel 80%

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

PreferredSkills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple taskassignments

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills withthe ability to exercise mature judgment

  • ServiceNow certification in one or more areas

  • Business development

  • Experience with XML, and SQL

  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
