We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to joinour Insurance Practice. Candidates will have strong Insurance, and eitherregulatory or operations experience and will demonstrate the capacity forconstant development. Candidate shouldhave the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, win the respect ofclients and colleagues, and work both independently and as part of a team. Our Senior Consultants play a lead role indesignated tasks of the project team - in gathering, organizing and analyzingdata and making major contributions in assuring products/deliverables meetcontract/work plan.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance,Business Management, Economics or related field
3 years of experience in a financial servicesorganization (preferably an Insurance Company, or broker-dealer), regulatoryagency, or consulting firm with a clear record of expertise, accomplishment,and impact
Demonstrate understanding of business processes,regulatory requirements, internal control risk management, IT controls andrelated standards
Demonstrate strong project management skills,executive messaging, deliverable development, and success acclimating to a teamdelivery model
Experience building and nurturing positiveworking relationships with clients with the intention to exceed clientexpectations
Strong knowledge of a wide range of businesschannels including: digital, claims, Broker Dealer and contact center andinsurance products including:
o Life, or Commercial or Property and Casualty
Experience using, implementing, or supportingsystems such as: reporting systems, order management, risk management,compliance (GRC), or trade surveillance
Full project life cycle skills from the businessor technology side where responsibilities included: defining work flows,defining business, functional, and technical requirements documents, detailedproject planning, data mapping and data migration, defining user test criteriaand data, testing, status monitoring, problem tracking and resolution
Understanding of risk (compliance / operational/ legal / enterprise / strategic, etc.) management as related to banks, capitalmarkets and broker dealer related financial institutions
Strong experience with the contents andimplementation of specific regulatory initiatives.
Knowledge of the structure and roles within therisk and compliance functions at an insurance company, or broker-dealer,including execution and oversight processes, risk assessment, reporting,controls, testing, and data analytics
Must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in thefuture.
Willingness to travel up to 75% (Monday throughThursday working from the client site).
