SAP Callidus CPQ Consultant

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutionsusing digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking,Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web teamworks with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy CPQ solutions. Our CPQ capabilities provide our clients with robust solutions to drive salesand enable channel partners and end-customers with a low or no-touch Configure,Price, Quote capability that removes friction in the Quote-To-Order andLead-To-Cash processes.

Work you ll do

Act in a leadership role on client projects and for junior staff.

Help define businessrequirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).

Create functionaldesigns, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, anddocumentation of operational support procedures.

Help clients defineforward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.

The team

Advertising, Marketing & Commerce

Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses ondelivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients brandvalues for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content,communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers toact. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enablepersonalized content, commerce, CPQ and marketing user-centric experiences. Indoing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations intomodern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deepexperience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from ourDigital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development

(web, mobile, social, physical)

CPQ strategy, implementation and operations

  • eCommerce strategy, implementation andoperations

Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions

Marketing analytics implementation and operations

Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution

Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution

Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerateresults

Qualifications

  • Five years of relevantconsulting or industry experience

  • Ability to start work within 4to 6 weeks of an offer.

  • Must belegally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employersponsorship now or in the future

  • Proven experience building CPQand lead-to-cash solutions

  • Good understanding ofQuote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes

  • Good understanding of productstructures (made to stock, made to order), configurations, product pricing andquote management

  • Two years of experience workingwith a major CPQ technology vendor solution preferably SAP Callidus CPQ or SAPHybris CPQ; or other relevant platforms such as Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick),Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) and Apptus CPQ

  • Hands on experience with CPQconfiguration including organization, market, currency, simple and configurableproducts, attributes, compatibility rules, pricing, quote design, proposaldocuments and scripting extensions

  • Experience with softwaredevelopment and scripting technologies. E.g., Python, .net, UI5 framework andSQL

  • An understanding of informationarchitecture related to sales, dealer or customer experience and usabilitydesign techniques

  • An Understanding of internettechnologies, including ecommerce, mobile, social, SEO, and analytics platforms

  • A deep understanding of projectmanagement methods and techniques

  • A Bachelor's Degree, advanceddegree preferred

Bonus points

  • Work independently or as partof a team to manage and complete multiple task assignments

  • Identify client business issuesthrough vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development

  • Demonstrate clear andunderstandable oral and written communications, including development of clientpresentations (MS Visio, MS Office)

  • Utilize appropriate problemsolving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve engagement issues

  • Make well informed decisions byexercising mature judgment Develop trusting relationships with clients to identify key stakeholders andproactively open up net new service opportunities

  • Lead and drive proposalcreation and proposal strategy response, orals, presentations, and overallclient relationship strategy

  • Maintain current understand ofmarket and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies that differentiatepositioning with vendors and clients

  • Eagerness to mentor juniorstaff

  • Willingness to travel 80 100percent of the time.
