Work you ll do
The Practitioner Productivity program focuses on evolving Deloitte practitioners engagement with technology and enhancing their awareness of productivity solutions. The program partners with critical stakeholders throughout ITS to support the effective development and implementation of new technology to enhance the productivity of practitioners.
Lead management of the Practitioner Productivity Program to support the following key objectives:
Automate and digitize processes to free up practitioners time to focus on what matters
Provide practitioners a fully immersive collaboration experience and enhanced virtual work experience
Cut through the noise so practitioners have quick & easy access to information that is most relevant to them
Support the implementation of the new practitioner engagement model to ensure practitioner feedback is incorporated in multiple phases of the product delivery lifecycle
Plan and lead virtual and in-person focus sessions with practitioners across different functions and regions to gain insights into practitioner opinions and experiences with Deloitte technology solutions
Continue management of the Beta Tester group to support user acceptance testing and provide insights on potential and existing technology solutions and services
Partner with Experience Delivery, ITS Communications, the business, and product owners to develop effective roll-out plans to increase overall awareness of practitioner productivity technology solutions
Identify annual Big Bets for the practitioner productivity program and track status through regular check-ins with product owners
Build annual Practitioner Productivity barometer for the ITS Innovation Council
Attend ongoing program management and product status meetings, as needed
Update Practitioner Productivity page on DNet, as needed
Leverage strong technical knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions.Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements.Present insights to senior leadership.
Develop executive level communications and presentations to display and communicate strategic and operational updates to the Practitioner Productivity program. Develop leadership-level presentations from initial storyboarding to logical structuring to presentation and delivery.
Occasional travel required
