Work you ll do
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Consultant, you will:
Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
Configure the functional aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
At least 2 years of experience in working with HCM/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably within the Oracle application solution set for HCM (PeopleSoft and SAP experience will also be considered)
Experience across one or multiple HCM modules, preferably Oracle HCM - Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.
Experience with the technology implementation life cycle, preferably with all phases (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
Willingness to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
Ability to travel up to 80%
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Willingness to travel up to 80%
Hands-on experience in several full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, including planning, configuration and go-live
Oracle HCM Cloud Certified
Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system
Experience supporting the sales cycle, including but not limited to responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presenting at Orals, contributing to the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs)
Experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
Experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client.
Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues in an effort to continue to grow and develop them
