Oracle EBS Support Specialist *Must be able to obtain secret security clearance*

Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliver heart of the business projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients enterprises.
Serve as Functional/Business consultant to support the Operations & Maintenance of the Federal Oracle EBS financial system. Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Support end-to-end system development lifecycle tasks (design, build, test, implementation) required to operate and maintain the Oracle EBS system
Lead efforts to enhance/develop new functionality to improve process efficiencies or add capabilities as required
Maintain/Modify the Oracle EBS R12.2.4 configurations across the Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Fixed Assets, Oracle Time and Labor, and iSupplier modules.
Support the trouble ticket/service request (TSR) process by analyzing, reviewing, documenting change requests, testing and implementing system changes and data fixes to resolve issues.
Analyze the TSR to determine the timelines and technical approach
Provide assistance to the clients on using Financial Statement Generator (FSG) for General Ledger, Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator (Web ADI), Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Hyperion Financial, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Reporting
Assist the Government in resolving errors in existing reports, customizing and/or developing additional reports as identified by the functional community
Analyze and resolve errors related to RICE-W (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) objects
Create, update, and maintain system documentation including: functional and technical design specifications, process flows, operating procedures, user manuals, risk and issue registers, etc.
Identify opportunities for business process reengineering and performance improvement through automation, configuration, new development, etc.
